Event Flowers Request Form

Birthday parties, small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, anniversaries, whatever! We got you covered! Our most fabulous seasonal blooms will be stunning at your event!

Important Notes:

  • This is a request form to indicate your interest in event flowers. After submitting, we'll contact you to confirm availability and details.
  • Event flowers have a minimum order of $200
  • We only sell the blooms we grow, so we unfortunately can not take custom flower requests. Click here to see which flowers we typically have by month.
Bouquets

Our lovely flower bouquets, ready for your event! These are bountiful bouquets and should fill a standard florist vase. You will just need to cut the stems down to the height you want for the vases you are using. Your bouquets come wrapped in kraft paper, and are carefully packed into buckets to make transporting them easier for you.

Small Jars

Our signature jars are the perfect small centerpiece for any event, they fit easily between plates on appetizer or dessert tables and are perfect to run down the center of a long dinner table. There are two choices, shown in the pictures: an amber bottle & a clear hexagonal jar.

Delivery & Pickup

Flower pickup is available at our Afton farm or our home garden in St Louis Park. Delivery is generally available throughout the metro but will depend on particular dates & locations--we will handle delivery requests on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy

We can refund your pre-order 100% up to 2 weeks (14 days) before your event; however, we can only offer a 50% refund on cancellations that occur within 2 weeks of your event. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
