Cancellation policy

For cancellations, we offer a full refund on any order cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

For larger event orders (weddings, special occasions), we collect a 50% deposit at booking to reserve your date and begin sourcing. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of your event. For cancellations made more than 30 days out, we're happy to work with you on a refund.
