Snapdragons, zinnias, cosmos, delphinium, and all the best summer flowers!
Tour the flower field, watch a few floral demos, and make your own floral arrangements from our huge supply of flowers. Jan will talk about how vase shape and size affects floral design, and highlight some tips on using summer flowers to create different size arrangements. You will be provided a large mason jar to make one arrangement, and you pick one small piece of hand-thrown pottery to make the other.
Price includes all materials and flowers.
Light snacks and beverages provided (if you’re lucky Jon might make some fresh flatbread!)
Notes for Families
Families & Kids: Each adult and/or child over the age of 6 will need to reserve a spot to participate in the workshop. We think this would be a fun intergenerational experience probably best suited for ages 6+, please have an adult available for each child you plan to have out on the farm. If you have any questions about bringing other family members out to the farm, just send us a quick email!
Dogs: Unfortunately, we can not have dogs at the farm (there are lots of reasons) we’re sorry, we know they’re special, but we can’t accommodate them at this time.
Weather / Other
Weather: If weather appears to be severe we will cancel and reschedule or refund your reservation.
Other: there are flush toilets and basic amenities onsite!
